		<description>That's really interesting River.  I guess everyone's body is different.  I did learn yesterday that it's not a good idea to have it for lunch.  It's high in Tryptophan so tends to make you sleepy.  At least it did me.  It passed after an hour or so though.  :-)</description>

		<description>I've heard of Quinoa, it's available in flakes too like oats but finer. I tried it  by adding some to my porridge for a few days, a bit less than a week if I remember right, I didn't feel at all well at the end of the week, so stopped eating it. Clearly my body prefers plain porridge with just the usual additives, oat bran, a high-fibre mix and a teaspoonful of malt extract stirred in just before eating. 
One of my regular customers buys it every week and adds it to her rice porridge. She's 72 and very healthy.</description>
