When I first got my laptop, my old lexmark printer wasn't compatible, and my son-in-law directed me to a website where I could download a driver for it, and I got that done prety easily. Then I bought the Canon, and installed that without having to phone my daughter for help even once. They do make it pretty easy with the visual instructions don't they?
