Oh no! The back again. Possibly it wasn't completely better from the first time, and the twisting motions involved in cricket were enough to set it off again. I guess he'll be spending a lot of time laying down with his feet up. I know from experience that when the back is this painful the best way to get around is on hands and knees like a baby. It puts the least stress on the back. Sitting for long periods is not recommended, but since there's quite a lot of driving still to be done I guess that can't be avoided. Can he sit in the car seat with a heat pack in between his back and the seat. This will help a bit with pain until he can lie down again. I'm so sorry this has happened to spoil your great holiday.

I know it follows the 29th parrallel (from Camerons Corner, then it follows the course of the MacIntyre and Dumaresq rivers. After that I thik it was surveyd with something to do with water allocation by Isaiah Rowland, so you can blame him.

My school geography is a bit scratchy but isn't it straight for most then it follows one of the rivers to the coast??? Like I said, I can't remember, that was a long time ago.

Hope Farmboy's back is better soon. Quick, run. Get away from the border :)

Great to hear from you again even if you are borderline!! LOL!

Have been thinking of Steve being in pain while away!! Just wondered if perhaps its related to not doing as much physical work!!

There is a saying that you know you are getting old when your back goes out more than you do!! But we all know you dont have to be old to have a sore back... but its good to keep moving so you dont seize up!!!

Hope you enjoy the last weeks of your journey!!
