While we don't have a caravan (YET!) to come home to, we usually stay in a cabin which has cooking facilities and I have always quite enjoyed cooking while on holiday. It's not the same pressure as at home, and you're right. It feels "homey" I vote that you get all your lunches from Macca's. Cheap food, and we get to hear from you every day! We have always had take away for lunch when we’ve been on holiday. We usually do take away at lunch time because that is when we are out, nights are for being at home with family. The Eagle Boys pizza near the Big 4 Caravan Park on the Gold Coast was terrible btw - don't go there. Thankfully there was a great Asian takeaway place close by as well as Subway. :) That makes a lot of sense to me.
