Libby - how do they store so many frozen meals? I have this teeny tiny freezer in our caravan. I was wondering where you are. Ummm…it’s unlikely we’ll get to Wollongong. Sydney is probably the closest we’ll get to there. Can you email me a contact number just in case?

Your meal plan looks great and I think your whole approach to meals while away is a good one. I’ve sent a whole lot of frozen meals (that i made) with my parents for when we are travelling with them. We usually have lunch out or rolls in van while we’re travelling, then a homecooked (defrosted) dinner at night, with the occasional dinner out or takeaway.
Are you coming through Wollongong at all?

Sharon - I know. It kind of feels funny to be leaving mid-season. It wasn’t a factor I ever considered when we were planning this trip. I mean, who knew I’d actually play netball again after all these years???? Gosh, I hope I don’t lose my fitness while we’re away!!!!

Flowergirl - I hope you’re finding the grocery series helpful. Don’t forget that I’m trying to use things up this month so my spending is lower than usual. Well, theoretically it should be anyway.

Katy - you might be surprised how often I still blog. I like my computer time even when we’re away. I’m hoping to be still blogging at least semi-regularly, internet connection withstanding. I find it good “down time”.

Kelli - When my menu plan started to spill over into the actual trip it made it all the more real how close it is getting!!!!

River - I really hope you do!
