		<description>You would have to substitute the flour for an acceptable flour but I've not tried it so cannot guarantee it's success.

As for how long to cook.  If you make it into cupcakes they need to be baked in a moderate oven for around 10-15 minutes (until the cake springs back when you touch it in the middle).</description>

		<description>I have a similar one for choccy cake that makes the fluffiest cake... but requres beating.. I did also read that if one adds 1 tbspn water to a cake it will be lighter... which answers why cakes i make with powdered milk are so yummy.
