I always thought it was because we were the best. Similar thing in singing class. Teacher would walk along the rows and single out several kids and send them to sit down and read. I thought it was because we all sang so well we didn't need lessons. It never once occured to me that my singing was atrocious. My ego must have been huge. Dina is right, your children are gorgeous.
