Bone Tired

That is me at the moment.
Bone tired.
And tired of feeling tired. 
I’ve tried resting.
I’ve tried exercise (yeah, exercise is “supposed” to give you more energy - doesn’t work for me).
I’ve tried natural stuff (nothing like getting a HUGE credit card bill for stuff you don’t feel is helping you at all
).
I’ve tried eating chocolate.
I’ve tried not eating chocolate (okay, I haven’t really tried not eating chocolate - not for anything that’s last more than a couple of days).
I’ve tried sitting around feeling sorry for myself.
I’ve tried sucking it up and doing some stuff.
NONE of seems to help.
So now I’m just having a whinge to you. Cos I can.
I will admit I’m kinda grumpy today.
I think it’s a premenstrual thing although I’ve been blaming my grumpiness for the past week on the same thing.
So, what do you do when you’re tired all the time? Besides eating chocolate I mean? I seriously need some help here!

Think of all the things you’ve done this year. Buying a caravan, having a trial run holiday, planning the BIG holiday, organising the schooling for the holiday, all the usual home and school stuff. Geez, no wonder you’re tired. Take a day off. Do nothing. I’ve got the bone tired grumps myself. Constantly on edge trying not to upset L who is up and down and all over the place with his moods, then there’s the baby next door who is constantly grizzling. Not a full blown cry session, although he does that too, just never ending grizzle, grizzle, grizzle, and always when I’m ready to sleep. Our bedrooms back on to each other. I hat sleeping with earplugs but I’ve had to.
Silly question but.. have you had your iron levels checked?
I try taking short naps throughout the day and getting outside.
Have you tried getting up earlier? I know that sounds counter-intuitive, but for some reason it really helps me–to get up before everyone else when it is still quiet and compose myself for the day. I feel more at peace, motivated on top of things.
Hope you feel better and your energy is renewed. I’ll be praying {/\} for you.
Drink a coke, really any flavor will do as long as it has caffine in it. Also coke and chocolate together do really well.
I think you have just been working too hard, with your big trip coming up. It seems like you have a lot on your plate right now. If I had had to help with all those sheep, keep house, corrall kids, shop and all you do I would be tired too.
Take some time for your self I think you deserve it.
I’ve been tired like that.
I hate that feeling.
I haven’t figured out how to fix it yet.
Are you tired all the time or just certain times during the day?
Anyway, I hope you feel better.

And being tired makes you more tired and then you are in a never ending cycle.

Methinks that Ms Lightening has been pushing herself too hard….has high expectations of herself…and is getting impatient with herself?

Twas only last week that you had a FULL ON weekend…sleep it off babe. Its the only thing that works for me.

Interesting question you ask, first have you had as Wendy asked your iron levels checked? I know I was feeling that way last year, Dr wanted me to lose 6 kgs too,( still waiting:) so had all the tests and came back all clear.
I then started doing 5 Tibetans- simple exercise each morning and meditating- that helped. I still do these most mornings.
Sometimes when I am feeling tired it is because what I am doing is something I am doing because i should, not what makes my heart sing?
Sounds like you have fun today though at the show
Take care of you- be selfish- hard when you have a family. When we look after me first we often take better care of those we love
Lastly as the others are saying acknowledge you and all the amazing things you are doing
