I have also nurtured myself and 2 friendships by taking my girlfriends out for coffee and a chat and thorougly enjoyed the time laughing and sharing life! Forgetting that housework wasn't gettting done was hard but deliberate! It can always wait. Nurturing comes easy for me when I have a good book to hide behind esp. when I have fresh sheets on the bed that just welcome me! Recently we bought some more fish for the tank and I love sitting in the leather lounge just focussing on them with no noise around....... somehow I just relax! Weird when I am not an animal lover! cant wait til others share their pampering ways!
