We were having a conversation about causes of greenhouse gases and cars being one of them and I certainly showed my city side what I said, "When you drive...well not that you drive but when your parents drive you somewhere." They set me straight very quickly! A few weekends after that I was driven around on a 4-wheeler by one of the boys (at the property I mentioned in another comment) and it was certainly a great experience for both of us I think for him to be the teacher and so competent at everything and me the bumbling student. :) That was a really enjoyable post :)

So pleased that pink survived her day. It's tough being a teenager - so glad I'm passed all that!!! Although I still have it all to come from a mother's perspective. Gnometree - I'm a nice aunty - not into freaking my nieces out. LOL. As for driving - most of the time I don't see it and this time it was my idea. It's so slow and so open that it's very safe (especially with me sitting in the passenger seat). Journeyer - I hope they remember. Farms can be great places for kids, even if it's just for a visit. River - I don't actually know. I learnt to drive in Melbourne!!!! But it seems like a great place to learn to drive. I know Farmboy was driving by around 10 (fully driving I mean, not just steering).
