Buzzin’
And no I’m not on drugs!!!! Well not the “buzzin” kind anyway.
But I am on a high.
A netball high!!!!
Cos I got to play netball tonight.
Well, kind of play. Training. But still a game.
And guess what?
I’m UNFIT!!!!
I nearly DIED out there!!!!
But I did get to touch the ball.
So that’s a bonus.
I might be able to jog non-stop for that amount of time.
But running fast?
That’s HARD!!!!
But I’m still buzzin’ 
Wonder how I’ll feel in the morning????????

I wish I had your get up & go. With your personal trainer and netball training combined, before you know it you’ll be darting all around the court, making fantastic moves. Enjoy your high!

Journeyer - it’s about taking babysteps I think. Working on fitness gradually. I never used to have this much get up and go (and some days still don’t!!!!).

You touched the ball more than once, stop selling yourself short! You did really well out there, I was proud of you for not giving up, even when you looked close to death!
And how did you pull up Miss “disappear from the face of the earth”????
Thanks for the encouragement - at least I *think* it was encouragement. Did I really look like death????? ROFLOL. Have to admit I did feel like it at times. Hopefully my fitness levels will only be UP from here.
