It's not that I don't mind getting up early and I could always write a draft the night before and just hit 'post' sat morning and go back to bed.....el fatso doesn't like that! He will, literally, climb the walls, in an attempt to get me out of bed. I've accepted the fact that he rules the house here and I am just his maid, at his beck and call. Besides, isn't that's what afternoon naps are all about? Lightening,

I'm glad your exercise regime is 'working out' (ha ha!) for you. It's great that you've joined in with the netball too. I played a couple of years ago and had a lot of fun, but work committments kept getting in the way. Re: your simple living post, we just started to get some cold weather, so I made a big pot of vegetable soup. They didn't come from my garden, but I enjoyed making and sharing it. By taking some to work with me, I had home-made comfort food that was actually healthy! I even had enough to give some to mum and her partner.
