You should be able to set one up and claim the feed to your blog. Then it will keep track of anyone who subscribes to your blog. I don't think it's 100% accurate. Those who subscribe manually don't get counted in your feed count (at least I don't think they do). But it at least gives you an idea if your blog is growing or not. Then if want you can get the counter widget through feedburner. Or just log in to your account and it will give you how many readers you have subscribed (it does fluctuate a little).
