River - I hardly EVER get to take advantage of the back to school sales (we don't live near those kind of stores) but this year I did. I had an appointment Thursday and went to Kmart and bought some of those cheap exercise books. What a buzz!!! Even better that this year they had a clown fish (like Nemo) on the front. Came back from shopping with a 10c lollipop and a 2c exercise book for each of my kids and niece and nephew and I was the BEST mum/aunty ever!!!! Go me!!!! LOL. The kids spent ages lying on the floor drawing in their new books. :-) Jenn - thanks. Yes, I have seen that program. I used a similar pattern to get up to running 5km early in 2007 but a run of illnesses and issues brought it to a halt so now I have to build up my fitness again. I can still do 1-2km okay so just need to keep building on it to get back up to 5km. It's a great program. :-) HisPrincess - I'll have a look soon. Hope the running goes well.
