I Need “L” Plates
I’m scratching my head wondering what I was thinking moving my blog between Nanowrimo/Nablopomo and Christmas. LOL. Don’t get me wrong. I’m REALLY glad that I have and I LOVE my new blog. But I’m wondering if I somehow need to add an “L” plate so people know I’m still finding my way around. did you know there is a “Wordpress for Dummies” book? Great idea!!!! LOL. Mind you, I prefer Snoskred’s “training wheels” analogy better. 
There are a couple of things I need to let you know about and this is the easiest way for me to do so in the spare few minutes I have.
One is comment moderation. The very first time you leave a comment, it won’t show up. Once I’ve approved you as a “real” commentor and not spam, your comments will go through automatically.
The second is the lack a “contact me” page. I will add one (as well as a couple of other pages - tabs at top) when I get a chance to figure it all out. In the meantime, my contact details are lightening at lighteningonline.com. You’ll need to change the word “at” to the “@” symbol.
Yesterday I was out from 8am until 8pm and today I’ve been out since 8.30am and just throwing down some lunch before my counsellor arrives at 2pm. If I’m up to it, I will write a “real” post later tonight.
In the meantime, I apologise for any confusion and lack of substance to my posts. This week seems to be particularly busy with end of school year stuff but next week should be better.
I hope you’re all surviving and enjoying the festive season and not too insanely busy.

Hang in there Lightening. I’m not going anywhere just yet, I will still be here when you get it all sorted.
This time of year is stressful enough without adding more, so be kind to yourself and don’t worry too much about it.
By the way, I think that I have forgotten to say that I love the new blog. Well done for taking the leap of faith and doing it. Maybe I will succumb to the peer pressure and start my own blog soon. Who knows……..

Hey, my counsellor says I have a strong need for justice. And that I need to look after myself better! She doesn’t think a diet of chips and chocolate quite cuts it……..
Relax……I have drugs that do that!!!! PRESCRIBED ones for those reading this wondering what she’s on……. Apparently it’s okay that I am in LOVE with my drugs (medication is a better word I guess)…..
Two days left of school….all I have to do is make teacher presents, clean and decorate the hall for the community Christmas Tree (hoping to send DH to represent me there) and then GO to the community Christmas Tree (if I’m up to it). LOL. Too much? Yeah, I know. My arms hurt. That’s a bad sign!!!!
Lightening -
You can officially take off the L plates. You figured out how to put the contact page there.
The world is now your oyster. I’d say you’ll be programming computer games by this time next week..

I still have to read the instructions for that and I’ve done a bunch of them.
Congratulations! It looks fantastic. I’m still crazy about this color scheme. I just love that color on the background.
