After reading your list (and drying my eyes) I really tried to come up with as many things as you have on yours. I couldn't...but I did manage to come up with a few! Thanks for inspiring me to REALLY think about my surroundings. FYI these are my top things to be thankful for....
* My adorable and loving children (daughter age 3 son age 1)
* Knowing that post pardem does NOT last forever and that I WILL get through it
* Having a wonderful man in my life that stands by me (even if getting close is risky at the moment)
* Even though our home is small and packed full of things that take up to much space, its overflowing with love!
* The support group that I started for other mothers...without those ladies I would be lost most days!

Once again thanks for the great blog!

Loved reading your list, Jodi. I am thankful for family, especially my children, a functional mind and body, and also for time and choices. :)

Reading through your post thinking that you have sooooo much to be thankful for, then realised my own thankful list is also pretty long. Doing a mental run through now...........
I'd be thankful for air-conditioning if I had any.
But apart from that I have everything I need, plus a few things I want.
I'm thankful for my four children who were all easy babies, fun children and now great adults. (My "baby" is 26).
I'm thankful that I have a job which earns me enough to pay the rent and utilities.
I'm thankful that I learnt many years ago to live within my means, never spending more than I earn. I'm thankful for my senses, I can see, hear and feel, the wind, rain, trees, flowers, birds and insects. (I'm thankful that ants have enough sense to stay out of my house).
I could go on, but this is your blog, not mine. (I don't have one).
