In one place you mention soaking dried beans then freezing them - I had never thought of doing that, and thinking ahead to soak beans is my biggest block to using more. Yes, even $20 saved or (overspent) a week is $1000 a year. - Tracking spending is exactly the right word. I would/will have to be disciplined to break down my WW and Coles/Aldi dockets .
