Wendy - hope you’re feeling okay.

Madly Saving - I’m slowly learning that’s it’s okay not to give the illusion of “having it all together”. It’s like when we madly clean up our homes cos someone is coming over and all that really achieves is for them to feel inadequate about the state of their own homes. My friend and I were laughing about that very thing one day - but guess what, we still do it!!!! Yeah, I’m a VERY slow learner. But that’s okay too.

oh the gall stones are definite - they showed up on an x ray the chiro had done. I had chest pain and an upset stomach last night/this am - hoping its a virus and not the gall stones…

Hugs Jodi. Try a knife under the passata’s lid. It might break the vacuum. Im having a VERY lazy day - Im trying to deny I might have to do something about gall stones…
